Ohlone Mental Health Edition

Have you ever thought about disconnecting from your phone? What would you do to fill that void?! Or what it is like to transfer to a State or University from a Community College? Note to Self: The Ohlone Mental Health edition provides a space for students to learn or connect with other student experiences and discover the resources available to them on campus or within the community.  This podcast also educates, supports, and destigmatizes mental health-related issues or situations, while also empowering students to focus on self-care and caring for those around them.
